New Foundation Donor Tree

Harley Reinoehl is shown here beside the beginnings of a
handcarved tree that he is creating for the Providence Medical
Center Foundation Donor Wall. Designed by Reinoehl and his
daughter, Heidi Claussen, of Wayne, the tree will be made out of
oak with branches randomly placed. The trunk will be stained a
golden oak and will be about 4 feet wide and 4 1/2 feet high. The
new Donor Tree will hopefully be completed prior to the holiday
season and will be located on the north wall of the hospital’s newly
remodeled front lobby. “I am thrilled that Heidi and her father
consented to create the new Donor Tree for our foundation,” said
Foundation President, Sandra Bartling. “They are very familiar
with our hospital and our people and the amount of love and
dedication they are putting into this project touches me deeply. The same multi-colored leaves that were on our
previous tree will be on the new tree, and so the new donor wall will add a splash of color to our beautiful new
hospital lobby,” said Bartling.
