Instructor: Robin Johnson
An introductory strength training class designed specifically for the active older adult. Participants will be guided through a total body strength training circuit with dumbbells and bands. Warm-up and proper stretching techniques will be included. Look and feel better while increasing strength, improving bone density, and reducing body fat.
Classes run monthly. Class sizes are limited. some classes are seasonal.
