Yoga classes use poses to help create balance in the body, and complement the activities of our daily lives. This class involves linking several poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. We create classes that effectively work all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgmental and non-competition for our students.
Classes run monthly. Class sizes are limited. Some classes are seasonal.
