Zumba Fitness

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythm and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind workout that will burn fat and sculpt your body.  You will learn how to dance Merengue, Cumbia, Reggeaton, Salsa, Belly Dancing, Hip Hop, African Beats, and more.

Classes may consist of Zumba Toning utilizing the resistance of Zumba Toning Sticks, Zumba Step combining the awesome toning and strengthening power of step aerobics, Zumba Sentao which is a high intensity workout combining strength and resistance training, using a chair as your dance partner.  Come and join the party!!!

Monday:  6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Wednesday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
