Jose Gary Nadala, MD

  • Graduate of the Hoilo Doctor’s College of Medicine, Hoilo City, Phillippines
  • Completed Residency in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Southern California Medical Center
    • Provides Telehealth Medicine at PMC (the use of interactive audio and video technology to engage in real-time communication with patients)

Daniel W. Gillette, MD, SM, DFAPA, FACHE

  • Board Certifications in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and General Psychiatry

Counseling Services

Kathy Mohlfeld, EdD, MSW, LCSW, LMHP

Providence Counseling offers outpatient counseling for adults and adolescents (aged 12+).  As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kathy Mohlfeld, EdD, has assisted rural Nebraskans with mental health issues for over 20 years.


Mohlfeld provides behavioral health counseling for individuals, families, couples and groups. A wellness perspective is used along with applying cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to assist patients with:


  • anxiety
  • stress
  • depression
  • substance abuse and relapse prevention
  • geriatric issues
  • adolescent and parent education
  • LGBTQ issues
  • grief
  • loss
  • stress and adjustment issues
  • counseling during and after Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome (AMPS) treatment 

Mohlfeld holds a Specialized Provider Endorsement in Low-Cognitive Disorders and Mental Illness and is a Certified Trainer for Understanding Infant Adoption.  Family Systems Therapy is utilized in working with separation, divorce and/or blended family issues.
